These unusual and striking oak leaf mixed-metal earrings have been lovingly hand-forged from copper and paired with sterling silver hookwires to create the perfect Autumnal accessories!


Each leaf has been individually sawn by hand from copper sheet metal and formed into the shape of an oak leaf. They have been further embossed with an oak leaf pattern and given an antique patina and brushed satin finish that really brings out the beautiful detail in the design.


Each leaf measures 4cm from the top of the hanging loop to the base of the leaf, and is 2cm wide at the widest part. They each have a single silver ring attached at the top from which they hang from traditional sterling silver hookwires.


Please note that these earrings are handmade and will therefore not be exact replicas of each other, but they have each been carefully paired together so that the size, shapes, pattern and shading are as close a match as possible.


The copper colour can vary from a soft pale shade to a deeper burnished tone, and will darken naturally over time as the metal oxidises further with exposure to the air. Storing them in an airtight container or bag when not in use will slow this process down.


*Any earrings worn in photos are kept as master copies and will not be sold.


I also now have surgical steel earwires available which are hypoallergenic and perfect for anyone who has a sensitivity to silver. Please just ask if you would prefer these and I can swap them over for no extra charge!


PACKAGING & SHIPPING
These earrings will be carefully gift wrapped and presented in a ribbon-tied hessian or cotton fabric bag, and sent in a mailing box/mailing bag or padded envelope as appropriate.


Shipping within the UK is already included via Royal Mail's ‘Tracked 24’ service (delivery estimate within 2-3 working days), with an optional upgrade to an express 'Special Delivery' service available at checkout for an additional charge (delivery estimate 1-2 working days).


I always aim to despatch all orders on the same or next working day that they are received, so any upgrade in postage chosen by a customer will be for the purposes of achieving higher priority within the Royal Mail system itself, rather than a faster processing time from me as a seller.


Please be aware that I am unable to guarantee specific delivery times of orders once posted but an estimate will be provided on checkout. This is a guide only.


GIFT WRAP & MESSAGING

Every item of Willow & Twigg jewellery is presented beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and ready for giving as a gift. However, if you would like to upgrade the standard packaging to a ribbon-tied cardboard gift box, then I also offer a gift-wrapping upgrade via the optional check-box. Some larger or higher value items will include this option as standard and in such cases it won't be shown as an option in the listing.


If your purchase is a gift and you wish to include a short handwritten message on a tag then I am more than happy to provide this service free of charge, regardless of packaging choice. Please enter any required text in the optional box to the left of the images.


In addition, if you wish the item to be sent direct to the recipient, then please make sure the mailing address is correct during the checkout process.
